BoxingFit's women's only Bootcamp is a four week military-style exercise regime.

You will train three times a week, for 60 minutes, working every muscle group and pushing your body to its limit. The sessions will test and challenge you, with both strength and cardio exercise. Each week, as your fitness improves, the training gets harder.

Friday - 06.00

Each session is held at a different location within 15km of your local BoxingFit. You will experience the effects of training on different surfaces as well as using the land's own peaks and troughs.

We guarantee results - physical and mental. At the end of Bootcamp, not only will you have a strong body, you will have strengthened your spirit and character.

Average results for the four week course are:

  •  2 - 4kgs weight loss
  •  15cms all over body measurement loss
  •  2.6% decrease in body fat
  •  Triple your fitness level

Our campers are always disappointed when their program finishes, and we find people either enroll in another Bootcamp straight away or book in for a BoxingFit Discovery Tour. If you continue training when the program finishes, you'll stay on track to achieving your goals and won't lose the condition you gained in Bootcamp.
