BoxingFit was brought to life, after over 20 years of experience in the boxing and fitness industry, by Michael (boxing coach) and Selina Hargraves.

Michael and Selina saw the need for a commercial Boxing for Fitness and Weight loss centre where the average person could come and receive the ultimate boxing for fitness and Weight loss workout without the intimidation of the old school, rough fighters gym.

The first BoxingFit centre, established in 2006, doubled in size within 12 months of operation and rapidly grew to a membership of 1500. After trialling the franchise system at its second gym, established in 2008, the company is now on a successful franchise expansion path offering franchisees the opportunity to replicate their success.

BoxingFit provides all of its members with a wide range of 30 minute boxing classes, personal training, children boxing, we cater for all ages ranging from 10 years to adults up to 75 years of age.

To add to the atmosphere at BoxingFit's high energy centre's is TEAM BoxingFit - real fighters in centre ring you can watch while you workout.
