Bootcamp is a women-only disciplined 4 week outdoor training regime with log runs, sand drills, boxing for fitness and strength training that works!
We train you like a Champ and GUARANTEE results!
Each camp consists of 3 training sessions per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am.
Each session is 60 minutes long and works every muscle group in your body as well as cardio fitness.
The sessions are designed to test you and push you to your limits – each week the tasks increase along with your fitness.
