What are the key drivers of the business - the key skills needed?
The BoxingFit Franchise opportunity is certainly not for everyone. You or your General Manager will need to have martial arts or Boxing experience and your instructors will need to be trained to our required standards. You will need to be prepared to commit to the business full-time or hire a General Manager and dedicate a solid part-time effort to the business, and you will be rewarded for your effort. Will I receive a protected territory?
Yes, you will receive exclusive rights to operate within your Territory. That is, no other BoxingFit Franchise can be set up by the Franchisor or another Franchisee within your territory during the term of your Franchise. Your territory is based upon a minimum population requirement.
How do I generate income?
You will follow BoxingFit's marketing strategies to generate sales. Your sales come from:
- - Bringing in New Members
- - The "Knockout the Kilos" Weight loss Challenge
- - Providing Personal Training for Members
- - Selling BoxingFit Equipment, Supplies and Apparel
- - Boot Camps
- - The Body Punch Challenge
What will help my BoxingFit business to grow quickly?
Consistent sales and marketing as outlined in our Sales and Marketing Manuals will build a positive, stable business. Following all aspects of the BoxingFit system, with a focus on great customer care, will maintain long term members who will bring their friends and family to join.
What upfront investment is required?
In addition to the $50,000 Franchise fee, there are the costs of fitting out the BoxingFit Centre. Full details will be provided when you submit your Expression of Interest.
What Return On Investment (ROI) can I expect?
You will be provided with a business plan that provides you the information you require to determine your expected ROI based on your needs and expectations.
How many employees do I need?
You can start with as little as two full time and two part time staff (including yourself) in most cases. However this will change very quickly as your business grows. BoxingFit's systems provide you with a staff to member ratio that assists you to plan staffing needs.
What type of facility do I need?
You will need approximately 500 + m2 of warehouse or office space in a central point within your territory with easy access to parking.
How much training will I receive?
BoxingFit provides you with a two-week intensive or six-week part time training program that is required to be completed to a satisfactory level before commencement of the Franchise. This training is conducted at the company's head office in Port Melbourne. Ongoing training and support is also provided.
